This privacy notice explains what data Sector 1 processes when you use the website or contact us.

What data do we process?
When you contact us or request a trade-in valuation, we may process your name, contact details, vehicle data, service history and message. The website also stores your language and privacy preferences locally in your browser.
Why do we process this data?
We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a possible project or appointment and manage our communication. The legal basis is your request before a possible agreement and our legitimate interest in following up enquiries correctly.
Email and technical data
Contact and trade-in forms securely retain your request for follow-up by Sector 1. Email is processed through Zoho Mail. Hosting infrastructure may process necessary technical logs for security, abuse prevention and operation.
Retention and sharing
We keep data no longer than necessary for the enquiry, our services and applicable administrative obligations. We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with providers needed for hosting and email, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and you may object to processing. Email info@sector-1.eu. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses functional language and privacy preferences. Only after consent do we record privacy-friendly usage statistics such as page views and contact actions. We use no advertising trackers and exclude administrator visits.
